Citysol 2008

The New York Times called it "Live Earth without the hype": Solar One presents this year's Citysol beginning Thursday, 26th of June until the 29th in New York City. The art, music and advocacy festival meant to inform New Yorkers about sustainability was first held in 2005. The stage is 100% solar-powered. The festival will feature indie rock, hip-hop, modern classical music, art from local artists, and a Friday night stand-up comedy show.

It's free and will be held at the Solar One facility at 23rd st. by the East River, Manhattan's first green arts, education and energy center.

Eco-rock on!
